Mr. Hansen has successfully represented many physicians and dentists in the sale and purchase of practices. He advises a wide variety of business, and nonprofit organizations on transactions and employment issues. Lead counsel in Arriaga v. Loma Linda University (1992), 10 Cal. App. 3rd 1556 (Church - owned university held exempt from state regulation of employment practices); advised organization of Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center; provided representation in defense of hostile take over of independent practice association in Hemet Community Medical Group v. Prime Care Medical Group (1996) Riverside County Superior Court.

Mr. Hansen is a frequent lecturer on a variety of business and employment-related legal topics and personal motivation; and adjunct instructor of History and Political Science, at La Sierra University, and at The Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
